IAAS LC UNS

The International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS) is a global student organization connecting students in agriculture and related sciences through knowledge exchange, professional development, collaboration, and international engagement. At Universitas Sebelas Maret, IAAS LC UNS serves as a local chapter that provides students with opportunities to develop organizational, professional, and collaborative skills.

I served in the Public Relation & Partnership (PRP) Department, which focuses on organizational communication, branding, digital content, and building relationships with external partners. The department consists of Public Relations and Partnership teams, working together to strengthen the organization's visibility and external collaboration.

Led a 10-member PRP team and supervised 3 managers throughout a one-year organizational period. I evaluated departmental performance, developed and implemented approximately 4 work programs, and translated the organization's vision and objectives into strategic communication and partnership initiatives. I also supported the development of visual identities and logos aligned with the organization's vision and mission, managed social media activities across Instagram and LinkedIn, and facilitated collaboration with other departments and external stakeholders.

Successfully delivered 24 of 27 routine Instagram posts, achieving an 88.9% content fulfillment rate while also handling additional content requests from other departments. The account generated 94,000+ impressions and 2,100+ engagements within a 90-day period. Beyond digital performance, the experience contributed to a more structured PRP workflow through program evaluation, strategic planning, and coordinated team execution.
